The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated, detail-oriented manager who has prior experience supervising hospitality and restaurant teams. We're looking for an individual who can think quickly, take charge of all operations, make quick and accurate decisions in a stressful atmosphere, and be pleasant and helpful to guests from all over the world. If you're afraid to get your hands dirty, this job is not for you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring, and supervising closely 3-5 staff, including scheduling and payroll.
• Managing revenue and costs, with regular reporting directly to the owners.
• Manage cafe operations in the morning, maintaining the highest quality of food, cleanliness, and sanitization. Also, ordering and prepping.
• Reputation management using the voice of the company.
• Emergency maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
