Effectively run and oversee all aspects of the club operation. Ensure that all members and guests receive outstanding customer service from a professional and friendly staff in a well-maintained facility. Motivate employees to assist in the achievement of revenue and sales goals.

• Increasing Membership sales and Draft growth.
• Create and submit weekly schedules for review by HR prior to posting and notifying your staff.
• Reviews and submits payroll corrections to HR at the end of each pay period.
• Regularly reviews Scheduled Vs Actual Hours Report weekly to effectively address any attendance concerns.
• Develop employees to recognize all buying opportunities, including in the pro-shop.
• Commit to memory the Bailey’s Health and Fitness sales process, presentation and current rates.
• Ensure staff is conducting daily follow-ups including, but not limited to members, guests and leads.
• Inside and outside prospecting
• Utilizing PSI database to market to current guests, previous members and all prospects.
• Regularly promote social events at the club.
• Stay current with local competition, industry and nutritional products; strive to increase job-related knowledge/skills.
• Break down club goals to create personal and measurable goals for each Fitness Consultant.
• Work with staff to achieve club sales goals.
• Review End of Month (EOM) results with individuals, coach/counsel as needed to ensure future success
• Assist with daily cleaning responsibilities/maintenance of the club – capabilities must include, but are not limited to: standing, bending, walking and/or lifting arms over head for long periods of time, and the ability to lift and carry 45 pounds.
• Review Weekly Group Fitness Summary for class participation and instructor effectiveness.
• Review inventory regularly to ensure accuracy and control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,032.94 - $89,775.33 per year
