We're looking for Guest Services / Front Desk Agents to answer questions, greet guests and provide directions for guests and visitors. The ideal candidate for this position has experience taking detailed messages and initiating communication with the appropriate staff members. The Guest Services / Front Desk Agent will also conduct regular security checks of all applicable facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Answer the phone and greet guests as they enter.
• Using a computer to check-in and out guests.
• Follow spicific writen & verbal instructions.
• Answer questions about the location, hours, and operation of the organization.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Assist guests with their questions, needs, and concerns.
• Identify safety hazards and take appropriate measures to prevent injuries.
• Communicate with guests in a timely manner about any changes to their reservation.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
• Traverse one flight of stairs while carring upto 20lbs or more.
• Stand for 8 hours or more.
• Bend, twist, kneel, and walk to fullfill job requirements.
• Ability to work between 3pm and 7am.
• Ability to work effecently while unsupervised.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
