Job description
- Ensure that groups are delivered professionally and effectively to meet desired learning objectives.
- Provide weekly, one-hour supervision, and training, as needed to A&D Trainee status employees.
- Engage with the recovery community in a culturally competent way, in and outside the group setting.
- Complete group notes and all other paperwork as assigned.
- Complete supervision documentation and monthly group observation for each trainee.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting.
- CAC-AD, CSC-AD or ADT (Alcohol & Drug Trainee).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
