Shady Oaks RV Resort is a small business in Sawyer, OK. We take great pride in providing Vacation Rental RV Slips and Cabins in a friendly, clean and safe environment.

We are seeking an individual with prior experience in landscapting and facilities maintenance. A successful candidate will have a great deal of knowledge about plants and gardening, and be capable of completing routine lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. The ideal canidate should have basic skills and knowledge or plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair just to name a few. The ideal candidate will also be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Compensation will be based on experience with great opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the aesthetics of the property.
• Maintain a professional appearance of grounds.
• Maintain the integrity of plants and plant structures.
• Prepare and maintain shrubs, trees, and grasses for the purpose of beautification.,Maintain and repair grounds structures.
• Maintain irrigation/water systems.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, vendors and business partners.
• Maintain and service equipment throughout the Resort.
• Duties performed to include plumbing, light electrical, heat and air, carpentry, mechanical, road maintenance and appliance repair.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
