STRONG Manufacturers is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to work in tandem with management to create effective, contemporary package design and any associated product literature. This is an in-house role located at our corporate office in Pineville, NC. **LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY/MUST MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BELOW

• Obtain input from management on all package design projects from conception to completion and generate any packaging solutions that can enhance our brand strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to create compelling product literature and shareable sales resources for internal and external use.
• Partner with the Quality Assurance and Sourcing team to punctually produce final packaging files by provided deadlines.
• Be flexible and able to pivot in terms of project direction, priorities, and any associated deadlines.
• Create, manage and develop our website(s) as needed and work collaboratively with senior management to define a strategic direction for any online projects.
• Communicate and execute any literature, die line, or website improvements that can strengthen the user experience along with our brand identity.
• Work on several projects at a time using various software; technically proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
