JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Grant-Funded Elementary Reading Interventionist Job Goal: STGRSD is seeking a qualified teacher to provide individual and small group SIPPS (Systematic Instruction in Phonological Awareness, Phonics, and Sight Words) reading instruction to students identified as in need of additional reading support.Supervision: Reports to the building principal. Education, Work Experience, and Licensure: Required: MA Department of Education Certification as an elementary school generalist or elementary reading specialist. Preferred: Prior work experience as a classroom teacher.
