Posting Summary
Coordinate administrative and operational activities of the Grossman School of Business (GSB) graduate programs. Oversee the development and implementation of operational and administrative procedures and systems for the programs in compliance with the University policies. Manage student admissions data and processes for the graduate programs and provide support to the School’s Graduate Studies Committee, and provide input on admission decisions. Assist students with individual state CPA exam requirements. Provide academic advising. Coordinate with graduate program directors and other constituents regarding development and implementation of recruitment strategies and program promotion. Oversee planning and execution of events (Orientation Week, Commencement, Advisory Board meetings, and other). Manage award and ranking processes.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one to three years’ working with students, program coordination, or related experience required. Proficient in spreadsheet, database and word-processing applications to include editing and proofreading skills required. Effective organizational, communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail required. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Ability to demonstrate adaptability to change required.

Desirable Qualifications
Experience with event management, programming, and implementation desirable. Experience with college student personnel desirable.

Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Occasional overtime/weekend hours required, A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees
