Starting hourly wage is $15.00

Regular work schedule is 12 hour shifts 7p-7a 4-on/4-off including weekends. There is a .75 cent per hour shift premium for hours worked from 7pm-7am.

Work with the Mill Operator keeping milling equipment clean and operating properly and relieve both the Sheller Operator and Mill Operator for breaks and fill-in for either of them in their absence. Meet sanitation requirements by performing scheduled cleaning and other daily duties, as necessary and to complete all required paperwork regarding production forms, cleaning schedules and HARPC documentation.

Must be able to read, write, follow both written and verbal instruction and have good communication skills. Must be able to wear safety equipment (dust respirator, goggles, etc) when required.

Work Environment: Noisy, climate-controlled environment for some work. Noisy, dusty and exposed to ambient temperatures for some work. May be exposed to humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, or vibration. Some work is done outdoors, some at great heights, and some in close quarters. Most work is done standing or walking.

Must be able to climb stairs, work at heights and ride a man lift.
