The Restaurant General Manager plays a key role in the operation of our restaurants. Managers are responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards including product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance/repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

About the Opportunities

• Full Time
• 40-55K salary
• 5 weeks - Training provided
• Hours of operations11am-10pm / Work hours: 9am -10:30pm (every other day)

• Must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week and a flexible schedule necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time & the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of technology equipment

Education or Experience Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in related position preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple restaurants
• Must have current and valid insurance on vehicle
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
