The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a progressive thinker with bullet-proof integrity, with strong suits in: growing new business, maximizing profits (sales, service, P&A, F&I), team leadership, marketing and industry trends, and mentoring others.

Your cover letter should exhibit proof of your past sales management success stories (sales, service, P&A, F&I, marketing) with results. Your resume should show a solid work history and offer THREE excellent professional references.

Ideal Candidate must have:

• Seven years or more of progressive management experience
• Recent dealership GM or GSM experience (3-7 years minimum)
• Ability to hire, train, and manage dealership personnel
• Full P&L responsibility
• Process driven approach
• Developing budgets, setting goals, and measuring results for all departments

Key Results Areas:

• Exceed sales volume goals
• Maximize efficiencies
• Increase dealership profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service/CXI
• Provide accurate reporting to Dealer Principal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
