GENERAL DENTIST NEEDED: New England Family Dentistry Looking for a general dentist to join our multi specialty dental offices in Chicopee and Ludlow, MA. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and highly motivated practitioner, who enjoys treating both kids and their families, to work in a collaborative, patient-centered practice alongside other experienced general dentists and specialists.
We are offering a $25,000 sign on bonus and a competitive base compensation (up to $900 per day) + 35% production reconciliation structure. A full benefit package including vacation and holiday pay, health and dental insurance as well as reimbursement for malpractice insurance, professional dues and continuing education courses.
We are looking for a confident professional who possesses strong communication and treatment plan presentation skills and has the clinical and interpersonal skills needed to build long-term patient relationships within the community.
