  • The sign-on bonus for this position is $2,000. The bonus will be split into 4 equal payments over the first year. Limited time-offer.

The Shop:
We are a family-owned business that has been delighting Jacksonville’s customers for over 30 years. We take pride in treating our team like family because we can, and we believe that is why we have longevity with our employees. As an independent company, we have carved out a unique niche and have never made an arrangement following someone else’s guide.
As a manager, you will inherit a wonderful team of designers who love what they do and where they work. You will be supported by industry veterans with 30 years of experience who will do everything they can to set up for success.
As a designer, you will create wonderful, planted arrangements to delight our customers and their recipients. You get to decorate the store and our regular photoshoots.
Successful representatives will need a keen eye for floral / florist design and an aptitude for retails sales. We require formal floral design because over the years those with a professional design background are the most successful.
The position’s 5 days will be flexible, plus it allows every other Saturday off year-round. It pays 42,000 - 55,000 per year based on experience.
We are located in Historic Avondale, which might just be the best place to be in all of Jacksonville. Great food, shopping, and strolling abound.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise employees.
  • Schedule employees and work based on demand.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations including purchasing, supplies, orders, deliveries, receiving, pricing, merchandising.
The process:
  • We are collecting candidates, you may be asked for a portfolio or representation of your work.
  • We will have you in for an interview at the shop, you may be asked to do some designing on the shop.
  • We will hire the best candidate as soon as we can.
What you will need:
  • Formal floral / florist experience in a professional environment.
  • At least one year management experience
  • Interest in helping a small business succeed.
  • A willingness for hard work without supervision.
  • The ability to lift the occasional heavy object.
