Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Transport plants and materials one location to another
- Load customers vehicles to ensure plants and materials are transported in a safe manner
- Unload trees, plants and materials from inbound delivery trucks, including semi-trucks
- Some general care of plant materials such as watering, weeding, fertilizing, trimming etc.
- Provide assistance to other staff members as needed
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and working in all types of weather
- Able to lift at least 75 lbs
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
