Prairie View Animal Hospital is proud to be a locally-owned small animal hospital in Grimes, Iowa. We are seeking candidates to fill a veterinary technician position to add to our growing team. Registered technicians or those with >1 year of experience are preferred. Our practice embraces Fear-Free techniques. We utilize our technicians to their fullest extent, providing a rewarding and fun environment with opportunities to develop new skills and interests. Our practice is equipped with a therapy laser, surgical laser, dental radiography, ultrasound, rigid endoscope, and in-house laboratory machines, allowing us to treat and work with a variety of cases and species. Duties include patient care, client communication, performing lab work and other diagnostics, and other duties as needed. Starting wage $14-$19/hr depending on credentialing and experience. The successful canidate will work a 4 day work week with no weekends required.
