Byrd Cookie Company is a 99 year old family business in the South. We have 17 stores throughout the Southeast. This position is for our fastest growing store in Gatlinburg, TN. We are fun, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to provide an excellent cookie experience to our guests.

Our store is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has excellent communication skills, an interest in sales, and an ability to make customers feel welcome. We are looking for candidates who can perform well in a high-pressure environment and are willing to help us give an excellent customer experience. Kindness is what we value most.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet every guest
- Display an intuitive understanding of basic tool functions and operations.
- Be a team player.
- Communicate with supervisory personnel.
- Accurately enter sales data in the computer system.
- Effectively convey our company history and cookie facts to our guests.
- Flexibly move from task to task in a fast-paced environment.
- Listen actively to customer needs and respond promptly with solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
