ABOUT THE POSITION

Tailor Cooperative is looking for a Full-Time Personal Clothier who is not only enthusiastic but also has extensive knowledge and experience in women's fashion. Our luxury custom clothier in downtown Salt Lake City is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we believe that having a team member who is passionate about women's fashion is crucial to achieving this goal.

As a Personal Clothier, you will be responsible for working directly with clients, providing expert advice on fabric, construction, craftsmanship, and fit, specifically in the context of womenswear. You should have a strong sense of style, a deep understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to apply this knowledge to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

We value experience in the industry, specifically in womenswear, but we are also willing to provide paid training for the right candidate. It's essential that you are outgoing, well-dressed, and personable, and enjoy working with people to create a comfortable, fun environment for our clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong sense of style
• Impeccable communication
• Client relationship management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in sales
• Experience in the industry is preferred, but not required.

The ideal Personal Clothier will excel at helping each client feel at home in the shop in a comfortable, fun environment while establishing themselves and Tailor Cooperative as an authority in the industry. The ideal candidate has high professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work well with our team, founders, partners, and clients.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• luxury clothing: 1 year (Preferred)
• client relations & account management: 1 year (Preferred)

COMPENSATION

This is a full-time position with evening and weekend hours, paid time off (PTO), aggressive discounts on custom clothing, and the opportunity to work at a growing local business with numerous opportunities for career advancement.

Compensation and PTO depend on experience, and we offer our team significant opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow. New hires receive a complimentary custom suit upon joining.
