Job description

Full time employees will be involved in all aspects of golf course maintenance, including but not limited to: various mowing, bunker maintenance, golf course set up, small crew management, irrigation troubleshooting and repair, hand watering, pesticide applications (providing you have an applicators license) and calibration, etc.

Experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right individual.

Special Requirements: Applicant must be highly motivated, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, maintain an attention to detail, and be a team player.

Weston Golf Club is a private 18 hole golf course with a driving range, pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse facilities. The course was designed by Donald Ross in the early 1900’s and is located approximately 15 miles west of Boston, MA.

Salary Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Benefits: Benefits include: meals, uniforms, golfing privileges, health insurance, retirement savings plan, annual vacation/sick time and paid dues for local and national turf grass associations and educational seminars.
