We are looking to fill our Assistant Store Manager role in Valley Fair Mall. We believe in work-life balance, celebrating our people, and taking care of customers. About our Assistant Store Managers
Our Assistant Store Managers are dedicated leaders with a passion for people and service. They are committed to driving business success through team coaching and development and by creating a customer focused service environment which supports our core values. We are looking for experience in the following:
- Experience in retail and people leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture
- Team coaching and development
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding communication and operational skills
- Leadership skills to achieve personal and business success.
Per compliance for CA the compensation range for this position is a minimum of $18.54 per hour to a maximum of $25.00 per hour.
