A Better Tomorrow Counseling Services provides outpatient therapy for individuals, families, couples and children. We provide a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to help you reach your goals. We employ a client-centered approach and believe clients guide the process of therapy. Insurance (medical, vision and dental) premium paid in full for full-time therapists. Free supervision toward clinical license for all employees. 401K program for all employees.

A Better Tomorrow Counseling Services is seeking a NJ certified LCSW or LPC clinician to join our growing practice. We are seeking a therapist to work in our community program or outpatient program.

Full-time and part-time positions available:

We are seeking full-time and part-time therapists (must be a NJ certified LCSW or LPC therapist ).

Full time- Monday through Friday and see clients for 30-32 hours of face to face contact time for full-time. Part-time caseload can vary. Hours are can be flexible.

We handle the billing and the credentialing requirements for all new clinicians.

Minimum paperwork required. Progress notes and treatment plans are in formats that can be done quickly so therapist can concentrate meeting with clients.

CEU’s will be offered free to all therapists working at ABTCS.

Must have the following Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling

Active NJ LCSW or LPC license

Must have professional liability insurance

Minimum of one to two years clinical experience working with children and teens.

with relevant knowledge and training in evidence-based practice

Working knowledge of basic computer tasks

Availability to work hours between 3pm-9pm (flexible with part time positions)

Ability to work independently and maintain cases

Ability to complete weekly paperwork of progress notes timely.
