Your Duties....using QuickBooks Online Advanced you prepare daily cash position, download online transactions with A2X, maintain AP and AR, update inventory and COGS, and pay vendors. Generate twice monthly payroll. You regularly reconcile bank accounts and at month end close accounts and prepare financial statements.
