Responsibilities:

· Create applications using the latest in front end technologies and frameworks

· Deliver optimized code and assets to a browser or device (lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.)

· Be passionate and proud of the work you are contributing to

· Work closely with senior engineers, UI/UX designers and project managers to develop well-engineered friendly experiences

· Contribute to an atmosphere of continuous learning and improvement

· Research/experiment with new technologies and industry trends

· Convert designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces

· Work closely with back end software engineers to help design and implement APIs

· Be able to clearly communicate with everyone involved in a project, from developers and designers to project managers and project owners

· Make high-level decisions on frameworks, device support and direction of development

Qualifications:

· Must have 3-5 years of experience in writing thoughtful, well-formed applications

· Hands-on skills with data structures, algorithms and web-oriented design principles

· Deep expertise in JavaScript, including modern features in recent ECMAScript editions

· Proven advanced experience in building high-performance component-based composite web applications in a robust framework such as Angular or Vue

· Able to set your own agenda, and can play well in a team setting, mentoring team members and driving a collaborative culture

· Strong design skills around the user experience with an eye for design and attention to detail

· Experience with Atomic design principles

· Experience with Google Analytics to track website behavior and event tracking

· Experience with SEO strategy, reporting and best practices

· Thrives in a collaborative environment where feedback from colleagues is encouraged

· Must be able to provide portfolio/examples of work.
