Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Receptionist to join their team!

This person will be responsible for ensuring that the front office operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors and coordinating meetings, events and appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact and greet employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Answer all incoming calls and route to the right party.
  • Assist in the coordination of meetings and interviews.
  • Check in visitors and make sure they are in the log book and issued a visitor badge.
  • Offer admin support across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role or customer support type role.
  • Able to stay organized and keep things tidy.
  • Experience interacting with all levels across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
