We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Bilingual Front Desk/Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and guests while performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and keeping the reception area tidy
  • Provide bilingual administrative support to the team, including typing, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Translate documents and correspondences as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
