Role

  • Answer the phone, book and confirm appointments, and assist customers with basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist walk-in customers customers
  • Work on various projects assigned by management
  • Communicate with our customers via email and text.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of phone experience
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and email communication.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
  • Ability to speak fluent Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications - Starting pay will be higher for individuals with:

  • Service Titan Experience
  • Garage Door Industry Experience
  • 5 plus years of Office Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
