Role
- Answer the phone, book and confirm appointments, and assist customers with basic troubleshooting.
- Assist walk-in customers customers
- Work on various projects assigned by management
- Communicate with our customers via email and text.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of phone experience
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and email communication.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish is a plus
Preferred Qualifications - Starting pay will be higher for individuals with:
- Service Titan Experience
- Garage Door Industry Experience
- 5 plus years of Office Experience
