ABVI Port Polson Inn is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT and seeking to hire a Front Desk Clerk.

We are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around other people and who can handle multiple tasks at once. You will be corresponding with guests through email, phone, social media, and in person. If you have worked in the hospitality industry before, that is a big plus! However, we are willing to train the right applicant.

Responsibilities include taking reservations on the phone, through G-mail, and the internet, greeting walk-in guests and guests with a reservation when they arrive at the front desk. Front desk clerks also clean the office, help with continental breakfast, and laundry on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• High School Diploma / GED Required
• 4+ Years Customer Service Preferred
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Navigate Windows 8-10
• Ability to use Microsoft Ware
• Maintain Guest Daily Ledger
• Credit Card and Cash Transactions

Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
