Available Security Officer Positions:

• Rover: Foot or Vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior, etc.
• Front desk: Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests courteously, monitoring CCTV camera systems, announcing visitors, etc.

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety/security procedures, and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies promptly.
• Actively, and consistently monitor several screens and systems simultaneously throughout multiple positions within the site.
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and professionally to appropriate parties as required.
• Create incident reports/daily logs during your shift regarding incidents, accidents, activities, and job duties.
• Conduct foot patrol of property of exterior and interior.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Security D licensing (Required)
• Valid driver's license (Required)
• Bilingual (Required)
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of security experience
• High proficiency in IT applications, data entry, and keyboard efficiency skills.
• Ability to multitask, deal with competing priorities, conduct incident assessments, and triage reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in intense situations.
• Ability to understand, memories, and reference keep policy/procedures.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Reliable transportation to get to the work site
• Use radio, phone, and/or computer
• Residential, Condominiums and Hotel security experience is a plus!
