Dental Insurance Coordinator | Front Desk | Immediate Opening

Seeking a fun, happy customer service oriented person who is experienced, energetic, and wants to be an awesome dental insurance coordinator/front desk. This is for a very nice digital general dental practice in Odenton, MD. The position is open immediately and days of work will be Monday - Thursday (no evenings or weekends) . Must have excellent verbal and communication skills! Candidate should be well versed in:

- Dentrix Software knowledge helpful

- Effective patient communication

- Treatment plan presentation

- Payment collections

- Insurance processing

- Insurance billing and verification

- Insurance follow up / EOB analysis and sending out statements

- Ready and willing to work in a fast pace environment multitasking throughout the day

- Cross trained - willing to help in the back as needed

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated, multi task, flexible and team oriented. This is a great position for someone who loves responsibility and taking ownership of all aspects of the front office. Previous experience with dental assisting and dental office work helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
