As a Fraud Investigations Services Associate III, you will be supporting our client's payment card customers. You will be reviewing their accounts for suspected fraud and determining if there is fraud and liability. These projects involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information utilizing different systems. Qualified candidates will bring a positive approach to meeting the high demands of a busy work environment.
What you will be doing:
- Identifies and mitigates risk exposure to the project profits that include, fraud prevention and detection.
- Focuses on the prevention and recovery of fraudulent losses.
- Coordinates fraud prevention strategies.
- Initiates contact with members and employees to verify account activity.
- Prepares documentation for prosecution against people that cause a financial loss to the organization.
- Provides ongoing analysis of case files and fraud detection systems to determine emerging trends.
- Builds relationships within the banking and law enforcement communities, establishing industry contacts for intelligence gathering, and fraud prevention-related activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
- Be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, security clearance, and fingerprinting
- 1-3 years Customer Service in the banking industry, clearing house payment investigations, chargebacks or lending.
