Do you love helping others succeed? Do you have the heart of a teacher and the spirit of a coach? Superior Fence & Rail, the first ever successful fence contractor franchise, is seeking Franchise Business Consultants in the Northeast and West Coast. In this role, you’ll learn our proprietary approach to the fence industry and then directly support 20-25 franchise locations. Support consists of on-site visits and evaluation, remote support and evaluations, and direct assistance with implementation and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes site audits using appropriate Superior Fence & Rail tools and resources to ensure locations are operating within Superior Fence & Rail standards.
Proactively provide the franchisee with process-improvement opportunities and training on best practices.
Support and coordinate special projects for Franchise initiatives, that may include: Technology rollouts, Operations and Productivity initiatives, and New Store Openings.
Support Franchise team with content development to include: Updates to policies or procedures for Franchisees, marketing initiatives and creation of training materials.
Conduct approximately 20 site visits per year with franchisees
Meet at least three times per week with new franchisees (less than six months in operation)
Meet at least bi-weekly with franchisees older than six months
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the fence industry or franchise industry
- Able to problem solve independently
- Able to maintain confidentiality of all company proprietary information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to prioritize workloads efficiently and work independently
- Able to work well and maintain composure under pressure
- Experience using Google’s G Suite
The Superior candidate will:
Have 3-5 years of fence industry experience in sales, leadership, or installation with a demonstrated record of success OR
Have 3-5 year of franchise industry experience as a franchise business consultant with a demonstrated record of success
Have an ultimately positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
