Fragrance specialist

A Fragrance Specialist provides excellent service directly to the customer by determining customer needs and completing sales in a friendly, accurate and efficient manner. Fragrance Specialists are also responsible for meeting sales quota and building strong relationships with all clients.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Achieve retail sales goal. (File will be provided)
· Partner with Sales Associates to build and develop client base, through the use of C@D.
· Work in front of the counter in fragrance and approach all customers immediately.
· Perform fragrance consultations daily by offering a complimentary hand massage or layering.
· Maintain all standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to Dillard's.

• Weekends/Holiday availability is a must
• FULL TIME ONLY

Skills

• Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role
• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
• Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams)
• Understanding of which products suit different skin types
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
