JOB SUMMARY

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Validate data tapes to client specific documents.
  • Identify and communicate exception items to management.
  • Monitor daily and monthly tracking logs for completion.
  • Provide daily and periodic exception reporting of loan boarding completion information to Clients.
  • Maintain Custody department tracking databases to record daily boardings, daily requests, project tracking, and Custody client loan detail information.
  • Provide billing information to Finance department for Custody Clients based on database records.
  • Update and retrieve loan information as needed.
  • Verify, store, and maintain custody of critical loan documents ensuring organization and reliability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Phone-related customer service a major plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Stellar customer service skills - and an overwhelming desire to make lives better, one interaction at a time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening/comprehension skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
