Forklift Driver
Our Guardian Glass facility in DeWitt, IA is seeking their next Forklift Driver! We are seeking Driven individuals are willing to learn. Experience is not necessary, we will train you!

Starting wages are $19hr, with an increase to $19.50hr at six months and $20hr at one year of service. Ability to be paid daily
12-hour rotating (days/evening) schedule that includes some holidays and weekends.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Start your career, not just a job. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and transform with the company.
- Be part of the team that keeps production moving by safely moving product throughout the plant by ABV, fork truck or crane.
- Perform tasks such as lifting/pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds, walking, climbing, stooping, and standing, up to 12 hours/day, in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Cross-train in all facets of the warehouse and potentially other departments
- Adhere to all safety policies and guidelines
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience driving a fork truck or ABV
- Experience operating machinery or hands on mechanical work
