Maintain the expo line and ensured all orders from the Dining Room were properly delivered. Support the setup and/or breakdown for events as needed, assist servers and bartenders with their service, and clean up tasks where service is provided. Set up and clean dining room tables before, during, and after meal service. Provide an exceptional service experience through clean food delivery, storage, and preparation areas. Help with the receiving, storing, and distributing of food and beverage products. Help maintain China glassware, silverware, and cooking utensils. Assist all members and guests with any needs they may have.

  Performs expo duties, including setup and breakdown of station
• Setup, organize, clean, and breakdown for events as assigned
• Performs necessary clean-up and sanitation maintenance activities for the food preparation and storage facilities.
• Cleans silverware.
• Helps distribute food and beverage products and supplies throughout the kitchen.
• Cleans food production, holding, and serving equipment.
• Assists with product receiving and storing activities.
• Organizes food, dish, supply, and clerical storage areas.
• Removes kitchen trash when necessary.
• Cleans garbage receptacles; re-lines with new garbage bags as needed
• Assists with buffet function set-up and tear-down activities as needed.
• Understands and consistently follows proper sanitation practices, including those relating to personal hygiene.
• Cleans room and function space before, during, and after if needed
• Attends staff meetings.
• Uses all chemical cleaning supplies in a careful and safe manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
