Traffic Engineering Services, LLC is growing again!

We are looking for flaggers, drivers, and crew leads to join our growing team! If you are able to work with little supervision while maintaining a high commitment to standards and safety then you need to apply! Our flaggers and crew leads can be working as early the next day!

Our flaggers are paid a competitive while eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a matching 401k!

Flaggers and Crew Leads Position

Must be at least 18 years old

• Maintain a consistent and unrelenting focus on safety throughout all job functions
• Lift, carry and place traffic cones to ensure the safety of the work zone. Lifting may be up to 50 lbs.
• Lift, carry, place and assemble traffic control signs in the proper order to manage work zone traffic.
• Follow Company and state guidelines for effective, safe well managed work zones.
• Drive Company trucks as needed.
• Keep equipment in trucks well organized and in working order.
• Develop superior knowledge of Work Zone Setup and Design and Professional Flagging responsibilities.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
