Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: Models how to process, sort, clean, tag, divide, store donated goods and fill requests for product. Accepts donations on behalf of Goodwill. Provides excellent customer service to donors.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Assists employees in learning how to accurately and timely process goods, following a specific process at a sustained pace.- Assists and motivates employees in meeting production standards and completes daily tally sheets
- Safely and efficiently prepares and labels items for transport, according to guidelines found in the Fixed Crew Training Manual.
- Keeps work station clean and clutter-free at all times. Maintains donation processing tables in an organized, clutter-free manner. This includes the safe moving of product and trash bins to designated areas as needed.
- Supports production at the retail stores during the implementation of the River system.
- Cleans and tags product as needed according to the guidelines found in the Fixed Crew Training Manual.
- Inspects and tests certain small electrical appliances and determines their operability, for example, fans, radios, toaster, etc…as assigned.
- Accepts donations according to company guidelines. Provides excellent customer service to donors; greeting, assisting with accepting donations, accurately completing donation receipts.
- Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned or directed.
- Safeguards all donations and company property from damage and theft. Treats all donations and company property with respect and care.
- Follows all safety rules and regulations and performs all assigned duties in a safe manner according to all company safety guidelines.

- Crossed trained in the Clearance Center operations.
