Immediate opening for a part-time, 3 - 6 hrs/week, Certified Trainer/Group Fitness instructor to lead group classes for seniors. If you enjoy working with seniors and have a little free time in the morning, I have the perfect opportunity for you. I'm seeking an individual to work with seniors leading strength & balance fitness classes 3-6 times a week in the Fredricksburg and Nashua area (extra pay for travel time). I have the program and resources to help with class plans. Must be energetic and positive, comfortable working with senior citizens.
