Group Fitness Instructor

While Proper certification is a MUST, it doesn’t have to be previously acquired to apply as we believe in finding people with a PASSION for HEALTH, FITNESS, and HELPING OTHERS; and we can train the rest!!

Responsibilities of A Fitness Instructor

Create work out plans, lead sessions with groups of people through 30 minute sessions on the microphone, support, provide energy and motivation, correct form, have fun, pump up clients, public speaking, leadership and create energy. Change lives!!

Credentials:

Benefit to already be Certified by National Accreditation. But NOT required to apply.

We can teach the training/exercise science in our on-boarding/training program, but CANNOT teach enthusiasm, the desire to help others, the passion for fitness.

Coach Training:

Group Training (10-24 people per session). Comfortable talking in front of large groups.

Fitness Instructor Skills:

People skills, computer skills, organization skills a MUST!!

License/Certification:

• CPR/AED Certification (Preferred)
