Fitness Floor Attendant, Russells Point, OH

Part-time or Full-time opportunities available, temporary position for up to 4-6 months with potential to go longer

• Schedule: Varies; Monday – Thursday (8:30am – 5pm or 1:30pm – 10:00pm) Friday (8:30am – 5pm or 10:30am – 7:00pm)

• Interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety.
• Manages front desk and membership system.
• Performs facility maintenance responsibilities; ensures facility, equipment and locker rooms are clean and stocked at all times.
• Understand and execute the Emergency Medical Procedures throughout the facility.
• Demonstrate and instruct on the proper use of exercise equipment.
• Other duties as-needed/assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult CPR/AED & First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or the American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Physical demands require having the ability to lift 25-40 lb. weights for restacking.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
