We are seeking a Fitness Center Assistant in Portage, WI at Aspirus Divine Savior La Vita Fitness Center. The Fitness Center Assistant provides fitness center floor coverage, maintains a clean and safe space, assists members as needed and leads new member equipment orientations.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with management of fitness center staff, colleagues, members and guests of La Vita.
• Ability to maintain a personal proficiency of basic fitness equipment knowledge to provide instruction to members.
• Current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers Certification.
• Personal physical strength, flexibility and overall conditioning required to safely demonstrate proper use of exercise equipment and assist La Vita members in the use of such equipment.

Hours: Supplemental Time 0.2 FTE, Floater to go between our member services and aquatic areas, Varied shifts, 16 hours per pay period.
