The Odessa Country Club is offering a position as a Fine Dining Server, and we're looking for candidates who can demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Our Fine Dining Servers are responsible for taking orders from members, preparing meals, and working as part of a team to ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to multitask and work well under pressure and will be knowledgeable and friendly with members and other team members.
Responsibilities:
- Wait on tables in a fine dining restaurant.
- Clean tables and carry dirty dishes to the dish area.
- Talk with customers to take orders and explain specials.
- Be aware of the health and safety regulations when handling food, drink, and linens.
- Aid in the coordination of banquet activities.
- Answer questions about the menu and wine list.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary.
