Job Summary
At Private Client Fiduciary we serve clients in the capacities of Attorney-In-Fact, Legal Guardian/Conservator, and other fiduciary roles. It's rewarding work that requires strong teamwork and coordination between co-workers. Multiple disciplines involved with care management, legal reporting, and financial oversight.
As a Financial Coordinator you will be working with be working with co-workers and agencies to support vulnerable adults who need assistance with the financial aspects of their life. This position with be full time, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
The financial team at Private Client Fiduciary is looking for someone who can review and organize client/estate documents, create and manage client budgets, monitor client personal spending, manage reimbursement accounts, pay client expenses, and ensure client finances are manage to maintain services eligibility.
Qualifications and Skills
A successful candidate will have strong office skills including the suite of Microsoft products. Experience in finance is preferred, but life experience will be considered. Multi-tasking through interruptions is an everyday experience in this dynamic environment, so the individual must be organized, flexible, and able to establish their own daily plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
