Ever-growing industrial/commercial laundry equipment distributor is seeking high-quality Service Technicians, looking for a career, to join our company. Our Company has been in business over 27 years.

Full Time Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Punctuality and attendance are crucial
• Repair commercial and industrial laundry equipment at customer locations.
• Fill out and submit service call paperwork completely, accurately and timely on a touch pad
• Work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays properly communicated to customer
• Effectively communicate with:
• Customers
• Dispatch
• Parts – including warranty return
• Manager and other office co-workers
• Equipment Vendors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or trade school degree or 4 years equivalent HVAC/industrial service equipment tech experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong electrical knowledge is required – ability to read and understand electrical schematics - ability to troubleshoot PLC controls; experience with single, three phase and low voltage circuits and knowledge of AC and DC drives required
• Ensure compliance with company, industry and regulatory safety standards and protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be legally eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug screen, DMV check, background check and DOT substance test

Physical Demands:

• Requires walking, standing, driving, sitting, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead, and twisting and turning
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
