Multicard, the Southwest’s leading Identification Management and Tracking solutions provider is looking for a Field Service Technician for our Phoenix location.
What you’ll be doing:
- Onsite service and repair of customer equipment/software which includes card printers and embossers, as well as access control equipment (door readers/locks etc)
- Service/Troubleshooting issues
- Preventative maintenance visits – cleaning and inspection
- Onsite installation and training of new equipment/software
- Remote customer support
What kind of person do we need?
- Hard working, dedicated and honest
- Good communication – both written and verbal
- Strong troubleshooting skills and solid mechanical aptitude
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Enjoy talking to people
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time (this will happen a lot)
- Comfortable with computers, printers and connectivity issues
- Confidence to speak to small groups in a training environment
If you have printer or other hardware related repair and software experience that would be great, but it’s not required. If you are all of the above, we’d be more than happy to train you.

This position will be based out of our Phoenix office. This is a hybrid position that will be a mix of office, home and being in the field supporting our customers.
