This is an entry- level position - Direct tv Technician

MasTec SmartTech Experts are field based, service driven, professional technicians that provide in home delivery, set-up and installation of satellite TV, broadband, DIY security and smart-home products. We believe if you are passionate, knowledgeable, talented you should be paid for it! Performance based compensation and sales incentives for product sales (i.e. surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen clean). Ideal candidates desire independence in their workday, self-starters and like to be rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed, quality work and safety.

-No prior experience needed – Paid Training starting 05/30

In addition, each Tech receives:

• Paid training and uptraining $18 per hour. -

PAY INFO:

• Pay rate after training ($50-$80 per installation).
• $18 per hour during training
• $22- $26 per hour equivalent- (if you do more, you earn more)
• Technicians can make between 50k to 70k dollars per year on average

What do you need?

• A valid driver's license
• Authorization to work in the US
• Be at least 18 years of age
