Management and responsibility of daily operations and projects within the EUC Field Sales organization- Close collaboration and alignment with Toy Specialist KAM to ensure marketing and sales priorities within our Field Sales team
- Setup and alignment of Turnover and Consumer Sales plans with Toy Specialist KAM and driving as well as controlling the corresponding Field Sales planning processes and ensuring on-time planning consolidation
- Setup of efficient planning processes and tools towards Field Sales Force and rollout of digital solutions like order tools and digital data dashboards (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
- Contribution to setup the annual agreements for Toy Specialist customers, alignment on priorities and focus areas with Toy Specialist KAM and setting up the process roll-out for the Field Sales Force
Functional lead of the Field Sales team as well as applied tools and processes
- Project Management: Taking over sub-projects and leading project groups around Field Sales and company priorities
- Go-to-person for and functional support of Field Sales Team as well as participation in all relevant meetings across the organization
- Contributor to functional team leadership of Field Sales Force
- Main collaborating partner for Toy Specialist KAM within the Field Sales Back-office Team
- Key interface of inbound and outbound communication flow between Field Sales Force und internal collaborators

Our Field Sales Team within the EUC Sales area is serving customers with direct turnover accountability and additionally supporting Key Account Managers at Point of Sales. Furthermore, the team ensures a sufficient brand appearance at the Point of Sale, i.e. in Brick&Mortar as well as Online. This role is one of the key drivers in regard to operational leadership of our Field Sales Force, along our strategic agenda settled through Field Sales Leadership Team!Do you have what it takes?
- Several years of work experience as a field sales representative or comparable sales position
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work self-dependent and structured
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with different levels of hierarchy
- A flexible, positive and problem-solving attitude
- A proactive, hands-on mentality with the strong will to get things done
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SAP Analysis
- Proficiency in German and English both written and spoken
