Field Network Analyst Job Summary
Under general supervision, to perform network configuration / setup or troubleshoot of customer's devices and provide end users with technical assistance directly in support of Image Source's goal of providing world class service to its customers.
General Duties
- Set up / troubleshooting of customer's (or Company) device's networking while following all published and established Visual Edge department policies and procedures.
- Use of electronic systems including (but not limited to) RemoteTech, Xerox technical documentation, PIVOT tool, GPS reporting, and e-Automate
- Directly responsible for correctly utilizing necessary tools / knowledge and training, including but not limited to:
- Tools & diagnostic equipment
- Technical documentation
- Software
- Training
- Parts
- Knowledge of Visual Edge policy
- Take ownership of customer's devices and support them with the goal of offering Visual Edge customer the highest level of service possible.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Service Management in order to meet and exceed customer need.
- Directly responsible for performing network service calls in accordance with Visual Edge expectations and guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year related industry experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective customer relations
- Self-disciplined and organized
- Superior repair knowledge
- Mastery of electronic systems
