- Betreuung der Kunden im Bereich Customer Service (Telefon, Email etc.)
- Schnittstelle zu unseren anderen Abteilungen, z.B. Logistik, Controlling
- Proaktive Begleitung und Beratung unserer Kunden
- Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Verkaufsaktionen
- Datenerfassung und -pflege in unserem CRM-System
- Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb
Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb- und Servicebereich
- Persönlichkeit mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Erfahrung mit einem CRM-System wünschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
