We are seeking energetic, outgoing individuals who like being outdoors year-round to sell our bagels and other delicious baked goods at farmers' markets in Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, and Bethesda, MD. We currently participate in 2 markets on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. The market are a lot of fun and our customers are great!

Pickup is between 5:30 and 7:30 a.m. depending upon the market. The markets last 4-5 hours and then you would need to return the supplies to the store after the market.

You must be friendly, reliable, trustworthy, a morning person, and enjoy being outdoors in all types of weather. You must be able to stand for your entire shift. You also must have a car and a clean driving record.

As a Market Staffer, you would be responsible for:
- picking up the tent, tables, baked goods, and supplies from our bakery in Woodley Park;
- setting up at the market and selling the goods; and
- returning what's left to the store.

We are looking for someone who can commit to every Sunday unless another market operator is able to cover your shift. Starting pay is $150 per market.

All Baked by Yael employees are required to be up to date on their COVID vaccines and boosters.
