As a Clinical Trainee or Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) in Fraser's Adult Mental Health program you provide clinical services to adults by offering family and couples therapy to help with a wide range of diagnosis.

Caseloads include:

• Outpatient therapy with families, couples, and parents of our adult clients

• Preferred qualification: experience helping clients access and utilize employment supports, especially for transition-aged individuals.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday- Friday during standard business hours
• Salary offer will depend on qualifications (DOQ). Clinical Trainee salary starts at $55,000 annually and Mental Health Professionals start at $71,000 annually.
• Position eligible to receive quarterly clinical incentive bonuses, in addition to pay for performance
• Receive 8 hours of supervision/month at no cost to you.

Training:

• Evidence practice training
• Innovative didactic training series (topics such as: Substance Use, Sexual Health, Crisis Planning)

• Multi-disciplinary team model (specialty topics offered: OCD, ADHD, Adoption, Relational, Perinatal MH)
• Supervisor training services including reflective supervision
• Mentoring

Education/ Licensure:

• Master’s degree completed in clinical mental health counseling or related field
• On a licensure track - LMFT, LICSW or LPCC
• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License

Experience:

• Experience providing services to adults with mental illness required
• Experience with adults with Development Delays/Special Needs preferred
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
• Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding
